Flooring Specifications
- All of our flooring is milled from selectively harvested local timber, that is cut by a Certified Public Logger that practices sustainable forestry.
- We dry all of our flooring to 8% moisture content.
- All flooring is milled to a 3/4 inch thickness with a tongue and groove profile and stress relief back.
- If you received a sample, just remember that it is a small representative slice of the many possible combinations of color, grains and knots that can be found in one type of flooring.
- A minimum order of 200 square feet for shipping or a crating fee may apply.
Price Adjustment for Flooring
Add 25% for a specific width.
Add 25% for specific lengths.
Add 50% for specific widths 13 inch and greater for softwood.
Add 50% for specific widths 10 inch and greater for hardwood.
